Sefton & Associates is helping to build the next generation of leaders for regional Australia, as part of our vision to contribute to rural sustainability.
We need role models who can provide leadership to our young people, project a positive image of country life to all Australians and sow the seeds of change and growth in our communities.
Our proprietary ‘Creating Rural Leaders’ program is designed for organisations who want to nurture the leadership skills of their key people and equip them to navigate the challenges of rural life.
Facilitated by Director Robbie Sefton, 2002 RIRDC NSW Rural Woman of the Year, the course takes participants on a journey to see themselves as a leader, understand their own leadership style, learn how to strengthen it, build their confidence and ambition, and ultimately realise their potential as industry practitioners and leaders.
The course features:
• 12 modules and a mix of keynote speakers, theory and practical exercises
• Tailor-made to suit the industry, challenges, objectives and budget of each participating organisation
• Flexible timing: from a one-day refresher course to a six-day live-in program
